Recently purchased the Court Reporting Zoom kit from The Sound Professionals and needed technical support to get it up and running. Chris was awesome at getting right to the point and getting it to work although I had worked with three other IT guys and they could not figure out why I wasn't able to use a similar Zoom kit. Very satisfied with the product and the support. Lots of extras with the Zoom kit.
I don't know where to start, for someone like me who likes music and entertainment alot, I must say this company is doing a very good job in providing the best quality of this service.
