To be honest, i really do not understand what the hell is going on here. Firstly, and we all have issues with the fact that it is all digital copies, yet it has limited of them. That is pointless and causes problems for schools who use it. Like let's say the school is trying to make kids read something, and all the copies are gone. If they do not fix this(which they could in seconds), they are going bankrupt, so i hope this was helpful.

First, if it is a digital copy why do we have to wait? There is no limit to the amount of digital copies you can have for free. Second, since you can't renew right away and a lot of the time the point where you can renew is a weekend (This affects school kids) and by the time you are back at school to renew you have lost the book and have to wait another 3 weeks. I'm waiting 3 weeks to get a book. There is no use of this app unless you are in the H.R.C.E. (Halifax Regional Centre for Education) or any other school district that supplies it to you.

The fact that you can't get a copy of a DIGITAL book, is enraging. "Place hold" on what?! Is there too much crap going on with the digital books? They don't even exist!

This app sucks. I mean, they have a large varitiy of books but you have to wait. THEY HAVE DIGITAL COPIES BUT YOU HAVE TO F**KING WAIT JUST TO GET A COPY A BOOK. One time i had to wait like, 1 month to get my minecraft book, 1 star.
