Apparently CEO of company and he said his agent mistakenly copy/pasted my wallet address and sent my $16,000 to the wrong wallet and I am out of luck. There is nothing they can do but say I lost all my money even though they sent MY MONEY to the wrong wallet.

I am currently working with my attorney to sue them. Will keep you all updated.
