Today I dealt with several staff and found them to be so patient and courteous nothing seemed to be a bother. Leo was very helpful and waited until the whole program was downloaded and made sure that it was working - would definitely recommend them again.
Bought Microsoft Word with them less than a year ago, installed it and it worked for a while... but shortly after, word shut me out and told me I had no account. Went back to the website and tried to log in, but it told me I didn't have an account with that email address, even though I had multiple emails from them in that address. Definate scam, keep your money.
Softwaredepot.co is a scam website, their address is a hired address and their "head office" doesn't exist, calling the number supplied on their websites re directs to the Philippines, the people who answer the calls are hired to do so. I've since reported this to Microsoft, Google and soon the Police in Australia as well.
Even when the payment details aren't entered correctly, the payment apparently goes through. Everything looks complete and access is given to the software that you've supposedly paid for. Clearly a website that will collect details of cards and then will wipe your accounts out. Other red flag is if you ask them for there address, look it up and comes up with a law firm in Auckland NZ, there IP address shows Poland and payment is shown in Euros through taken in US Dollars.
Please avoid getting scammed as if you really give the correct payment details they will clear you out! Watch out for this SCAM.
My first contact with customer service went very well as the representative was pleasant and answered my questions in a professional manner. From now on this is where I will be buying my software. Cheers!
Man, the guy resolved the issue in just few minutes. It took me hours trying to fix it myself but I ended up calling them, they provided the support without any hesitations. Worth giving commendations!
I bought Office 2016 and activated it through Microsoft's website. I am happy to see that the product is linked to my email for future reinstallation. Thank you for providing cheap but quality products.
I had everything downloaded and written to a disk and installed in under an hour the upgrade to Office Pro 2016 was a nice touch, my only gripe is that not everyone understands how to write the. Iso file to a disk so some instructions would be nice for less knowledgeable apart from that no trouble and all software key etc. was available inside 10 minutes
Bought Office 2016 and had some download issues. I contacted their helpdesk and they were very professional. Got resolved in 15 minutes and my Office is up and running! I'll be back for more, thank you guys!
