In March 2013 I started training for a Tough Mudder charity run, after a month of only being able to run 1k-2k I realised I needed to stop smoking. I went from smoking 15-20 roll-ups a day to none in a week. The first week was hard but by the second week I had switched completely to my SMOKO, I completed race at the end of September.
I couldn't have done it without my SMOKO and I raised £200 for charity.
I love the vibrant flavours so far cola is my favourite it even has caffeine in it!
