Not sure what has happened but SMartpak never used to "unfulfil" their devliery orders.
Nowadays, my orders arrive damaged and replacements take at least 2-3 calls plus 2pending orders and about 3-4 weeks to arrive. This means whatever you want to buy from Smartpak, prepare to receive in about 3-5 weeks. Even though i've saved 2-5 dollars from each order, i look back at my current and past months' experiences and realise that i've spent about 3-4 hours dealing with their customer services... so basically, i've saved a little money in exchange for a lot of time having to walk them through why they failed to replace their orders.
So my first order took almost a month to get. You can't get any information online I try their chatter chat is always down I tried email no one answered email. Now my second one was due to ship and they've charged the money for the AutoShip. Now I'm getting a your order is delayed AGAIN
My return was smooth and easy. I accidentally hit the wrong way to refund me. Not a problem and they refunded me with no issues! I wish every online company was like them
Smartpak is the best online store for horse products. Their customer service is the absolute best. They are mostly horse people and they get it. I love doing business with them.
Answer: Not easy! Air live chat is always down you will have to make an actual phone call
