I had an issue with my order and SmartBox customer service was so helpful! They made it right and went even further. They have amazing customer service and I will be using this company again.
Easy to order however don't like that I wasn't prompted to ask if a gift to put a note with the order. I was promptly contacted about where the note should have been and it was added prior to being shipped. Outstanding customer service!

First time trying this - they were great. Loved the boxes they came in and the presentation.
We are part of a high school robotics team with 36 students. Many of our students have dietary restrictions and it's difficult to find snacks that everyone can have. This was the perfect box of yummy snacks! The kids were so excited!
The experience was a good one and the family enjoyed all the snacks.

We ordered a large Holiday Box and it was packed with tasty snacks. Loved the variety, it had everything from sweet chocolate bars to salty popcorn to healthy granola, something for every snacking mood :) The home delivery is nice, no more trips to several stores to find your favorite snacks.
Purchased this for a friend who just had a baby. Parents with newborns barely have time to eat or sleep during the newborn phase. She and her family appreciated this unique gift very much. Also, this company has great presentation in that My gift arrived to her house with a card and a bow.
Marketing is not easy in this post Covid atmosphere, the snack box is a fun relief from heated.marketing stress.
