I've bought fabric from these nice folks several times - mostly they ship out pretty fast, once they let me know they had run out of the linen I ordered, and it would be 3 weeks. They shipped it right around 2.5 weeks. Overall I love the fabric selection and have been happy with the service, although they are just a small company and I think they had some growing pains. Definitely will buy in the future, the quality is excellent!

This company is THE source for slipcover info. They have a great selection of fabrics that really are better for slipcovers, and were willing to talk to me by phone and email until I knew what I should buy. I definitely will be back :)

Do not do business with this company. We paid them to make new slipcovers for our sofa, chair and ottoman. We shipped them our old slipcovers ($70 to ship) so they could make the new ones easier. They promised to complete the project and return to me before October 2nd, when I was having a big party at my house. I was emphatic that I had to have the covers for my party. Kerry Ann and her brother assured me that I would. We paid half up front ($1000. 00) and would pay the rest when the job was completed. A week before the party, I called to check on the status. Kerry Ann told me she thought my party was on Oct. 12th. I was stunned, since I had repeated the date to her several times. Unfortunately, I didn't have it in writing because this business doesn't use email. I had sent several emails to 3 different email addresses listed on her various websites. None of them were ever answered. She said she would rush it and get them to me before my party on the 2nd. When I tried calling her a few days before to make sure the slipcovers were shipped, there was no answer on any of her phones and no voicemail system. The day before the party, my husband tried calling 20 times until finally she answered. She said there was no way she could finish all the work in time, but would send what was completed. She promised to overnight it. It never came. Two weeks later, still no slipcovers and no answer when we call. Now we don't even have our old slipcovers to have someone else do the job because she had claimed they were all cut up when my husband asked her just to send them back so we would, at least, have something on our furniture for our big party. The stress and disappointment she caused me was immeasurable. We are trying to reverse the charges on our credit card. I've never encountered any business like this in my life. Just horribly insensitive, unethical people.
