I would not recommend this software. I've given it my best. I've paid the fees etc and gotten nothing. So far the only thing that has actually worked is the softwares ability to collect fees from me.

I needed something to help manage my new rentals and thought this looked like a good way to move the process online. I subscribed but still could not access many features without purchasing a more expensive option. I attempted to set up a new lease and send it to a tenant. Fail. The software collected the $10 fee, twice actually because the lease needed terms edited. It even said the lease was sent. However it wasn't. So far I've been nickel and dimed and have nothing to show for it. Feels a lot like a carnival scam actually.

SimplifyEm really knows what it is doing. I started a conversation with their sales team to help me understand the software, and they gave a very detailed demo to flaunt all features. I really appreciate their customer-centric approach. I have been using the property management software since then, and my tenants and I are very happy.

I have retracted my previous comments because I was able to resolve the issues that I was having. Part of it was mainly due to the settings. I will continue to use the software to make a fair and just analysis of it's performance
