Our charging system is an essential part of our life on board. PKYS had the Balmar components we needed to get running again. Having the related tech support documents available online is a very valuable service, as well.
I was jammed up with an issue that I couldn't figure out, and Peter was a big help in pointing me in the right direction. It's the obscure issues that get you, and being able to draw upon experience in knowing what's normal and what's not gets you through them.
I am very happy with PKYS. I ordered parts and received shipment earlier than expected. They shipped and delivered as they they said they would on their web site. Will definitely purchase from them again.
They thought my order was fraudulent. So they took the credit card payment ANYWAY and waited for me to call for a status update before initiating a refund. No notice of cancellation, no explanation whatsoever when I called. Then Mike in shipping says literally everybody in the building is out to lunch except for him, and he can't help me. So I ask that someone with the ability to overnight this thing calls me back after lunch. NO RETURN CALL - all the while, they're sitting on a $1600 payment! So I call back and leave a message, and no joke, A MESSAGING SERVICE EMAILS ME saying PKYS thinks my charge was fraudulent, and I won't be getting a call back. F you, PKYS! That was only the FIRST $1600 of the project, and you worked yourself right out of future consideration. Absolute, mind-blowing lack of common sense!
Granted the Balmar battery temperature sense unit was an off-the-shelf item but the competitive pricing and the rapid response delivery were excellent. What more could one ask for?
I haven't used my products yet but the pricing was great and the delivery was very quick. I highly recommend PKYS and would certainly used them again for my needs.
