Ordered windows from their web site. The promptly processed the PayPal payment, but have refused to answer repeated email requests for shipping status and do not return phone calls. Today their voice mail message said the mail box is full. This scam outfit operates under a number of different names and web sites, but I suspect it's all a massive scam.
I purchased 4 windows from this website. I was told 3 were on backorder and would ship next week. Three weeks later I get an email notification that all windows had shipped, however the package weight was unusually low. Sure enough, only 1 window had shipped. I have tried repeatedly calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing a couple different locations listed on their site. So far they have ignored absolutely everything. I am now out a decent amount of money. I ordered from here because their website claimed to have the windows I wanted in stock, not back-ordered like other sites. Now instead of getting a good deal I got totally ripped off!
Site show parts available and ordered wait 3 days before they say they have to special order then say they would have and ship out Monday week later still waiting.
