Damaged goods

Wouldn't replace damaged doors, also told me I wouldn't get them anywhere else, plenty available from lots of manufacturer s. Offered a 20%discount waste of time wouldn't even cover the cost of materials to repair

I placed an order for over £1,400, delivered in 5 weeks and then a second order to finish the job, not delivered. Despite many emails, no response and I am still waiting almost two months from the start of the project. I do understand the problems they face in these difficult times, but I subsequently placed an order with AllMats, immediate response and items delivered in less than a week. https://www.allmats.co.uk/product-category/decking/brown-decking. If they can't fulfill your orders they have a responsibility to limit the business they do, as many retailers have done. I have now raised a dispute with PayPal for the outstanding amount

Unresponsive

You send these guys email after email with no reply. Yet they are stating that during this lockdown situation they are working from home and can still be contacted via email to both sales and support emails. My first email was for a sale which I sent to them also asking if they were open for materials to be collected from them and got no response. Waited a few days and emailed support asking about the response to my email no reply to either. Another week passed emailed again and you guessed right no response again. Why inform people that you can only contact them via email at this time and not respond. This is very unprofessional and doesn't make good reading for your company. If this is their attitude I am taking my business elsewhere

I've used this place a lot over the last couple of years and we were due to buy £1500 worth of flooring and a few hundred pounds more in fencing from them, until the most recent order.

The problem is ordering from them online. You place your order, pay for it and when you get to the merchant you still have to wait around until one of the guys is free to put your order together. I've waited half an hour or longer on occasion just for the guy to go get the wood.

But the worst problem is getting there and they don't have what they said they had showing 'in stock' online. I ended up chasing them for a few days for a refund for something I'd paid for that they didn't have. Waited several days for a phonecall to tell me when it came in. No phonecall and three emails to get my money back, with a curt reply to the last email to the manager and no apology.

There isn't a shortage of wood merchants around so I've decided not to go back and would rather buy my timber and flooring from a more reliable supplier a bit further away but who is much more straighforward to deal with.

Ordered in good faith with a two week waiting time, COVID 19 so two weeks I could handle as that's what I was told. However two weeks later was sent confirmation email my order would be delivered the following week. Following week came and went no delivery. Now this part is the interesting part, having contacted them on no less than 20 times vow various means, absolutely no response. Took to FB to check their page and they are ignoring every costumer. The customer service is very poor at best. I would advise anyone who wants to use this company to think twice. Not only do they not get back to you but after5 weeks and no delivery you are then told it could take upto 10 days for a refund meaning they have held onto my money (which they take immediately) for a potential 7 weeks. Now imagine 1000 customers nation wide all paying roughly £500-1000 for their orders take the average of £750 now with just the 1000 people that's £***** they have held onto for 7 weeks gaining interest, not a bad way to make some money for a company during lockdown without providing any service. I am in no doubt that they will have way more than 1000 customers in this situation.
Please steer clear of this awful company
