Spending over an hour on the phone answering questions I received notice that the time period for this coverage had expired. Why wasn't I told this before I answered all questions. Rep was very good but train them to let people know there is no coverage available at this time. It's closed
I get 25 to 30 calls a day from fake numbers. Senior helathcare direct pays those companies to call you!
Those lead generating companies do not honor the do not call list, do not stop calling. Call from random numbers so you can't block them.
Do not do business with Senior HealthCare Direct until they publicly announce they have stopped using these services. 1-17-25
Brandon was VERY knowledgeable about his products & thoughtful about my needs. He compared what I'd had with what I was looking for & explained all my questions (sometimes multiple times & ways). I will be contacting him again next year!
My first experience was with Marcus Graham, of Tampa, Florida. He is an excellent researcher and did a fantastic job in helping me find just the right insurance and plan within that insurance for me. I'm very, very satisfied with his expertise in this field, and of course, I definitely feel his patience and kindness with me helped me to treasure my experience with your company.

I talked to two agents on two separate days.
The first one on 12/5/24 was Carlos Rodriquez and he was not good. He "sold" me a Medicare Advantage plan when I had a Supplemental plan. He didn't tell me that Advantage plan depended on my doctors being in network and I had to get referrals for appt with specialists. I found that out by my husband the next day who looked it up. Carlos did not have my best interest in mind. He kept saying I would save money.
On Saturday, 12:7/24, I talked to Lynn Sperry. He was very knowledgable and didn't try to sell me anything. He looked at my first supplemental plan and the advantage plan Carlos set me up with. Lynn said my supplemental plan was much better than the advantage plan for my circumstance. He did set me up with WellCare drug plan instead of Humana, but said he would set me back to my Mutual of Omaha Medicare supplement plan. Lynn also said the hospital plan Carlos signed me up for wasn't needed.
I'm so thankful I called a second time on 12/7/24 to see if I needed to go back to my original supplemental plan. I would have been very upset and unhappy on the Advantage plan Carlos sold me! He kept saying I would save money and I found out that in the long run, that wouldn't be true.

Answer: Someone answers the phone promptly. The issue is the lack of knowledge and assumptions drawn by the people answering the phone. They usually take over the conversation instead of listening. Then draw an irrelevant conclusion. Look
Answer: It is a new plan that does not deduct a premium from the client.
