Quoted me $40. They got my phone. Then said they were going to pay me through PayPal. Never got paid. They still have my phone. Reported to the State Consumer Fraud Protection, but they said I would have to file a suite. I guess that is what they count on. Not worth it for $40. They pay some people to keep the others coming. I am retired so I will continue to post on as many web sites as possible to keep some people from making the same mistake. I'm sure they don't care.

I was not pleased with this company. I accepted the offer a month ago and have not received my check yet. When i tried to e-mail them, it took 2 weeks for them to respond the first time and then they didn't respond to my second e-mail at all. When I called them they had me on hold for half an hour the first time and 1 hour the second time. When I finally got ahold of them they said they sent the check and I can't get my old phone back after I asked to get it back. They were getting defiant on the phone and had POOR customer service. I was not pleased at all. Now the money they want to send me is 2/3 less than what they had offered me. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!
