Seeds didn't germinate. No customer support.

The Black Sugar strain didn't germinate. Their sites says you can Chat or Phone. Nope. No chat at all. Phone always says leave a msg but then it hangs up. Email went unanswered. Now on 4th email. Not impressed. Fortunately for seedsman.com, there is no way to review this company OTHER than sitejabber.

Non existent customer support, dishonest application of VAT, delayed orders till infinite and no possibility for cancelation until you receive the order. Never get your seeds from Seedsman. They also have a trick to show good reviews on other sites, so do not trust their official review provider. All fakes. Stay away from Seedsman.com, particularly if you are in the EU. Much better options out there

Scam
February 5, 2024

Ordered 3 seeds 2 seeds doa, 1 seed sprouted but stopped progressing 46.00 down the trash. You can't reach anyone either. That have it set up to where u can't leave reviews too. Very shady company. Below are seeds floating after soaking period then would not sprout.

Basically I ordered 2 different types of seeds and was sent something totally different. I ordered in August, it got delivered 2 weeks ago and it's wrong and they will not answer my emails. The site is a fraud. Do not use.

Unreliable seed bank

Ordered the more expensive photoperiod seeds however they ended up being rubbish autoflowering seeds that they usually throw away because no one wants them for free. Paid all that money for seeds they throw away. Not happy at all. Would not recommend

I ordered seeds for 500€ including insurance on Dec 28 2022 from Seedsman. I got a tracking number that never worked, 6 weeks after the payment. Since their was no tracking I contacted them, they said I have to wait till March 10. On March 10 they said my order was anyway on my own risk and they can´t do anything. Great that they also make you buy an insurance when you order even the order is anyway on your own risk.
They used to have the trustpiolt score on their website, now you can´t even post a rating there no more because it´s deactivated since the last 50 reviews there are all of people that got scammed.

The worst costumer service there is, no delivery no refund they are a SCAM, so if you don´t want to lose a lot of time and money don´t order there

If you are desperate and have money to burn, try SEEDSMAN, as 99.99% of us do not,
Keep looking for a better option.
Customer Service is a joke and seedsman knows that to be the fact.
They may pacify those who POST REVIEWS, those sending customer support tickets, get
Standard practice, "Distract, Obfuscate, Deceive".
