This company is really tricky. I bought stuff on there. They sent me a defective product. When I ask them to refund or send me the correct item I ordered, they claim that they have the right to change the item quality and refused to refund. Don't buy from them. Very tricky. And the quality of the item is very poor. Especially the clothing.
I spent 80$ on a pair of shoes I never received. I tracked them all the way to the post office and the post office informed me it was a fake tracking that gets sent out. I contacted Saipan stuff for a refund or resend and they claim it was my fault with the address even though the post office and screenshot I took were 100% correct. Post office destroyed the package bc Saiyan stuff refused to receive it back. Saiyan stuff then continues to say I need to pay $17 more dollars if I want a new pair reshipped even though I can prove I didn't receive it. Customer service is very selfish and unhelpful. I ordered in Dec 2021 it's now may 2022. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will spread more word of mouth on social media how terrible my experience is.
Their website advertises faster shipping so you'd buy it for Christmas. I bought the item a month before when it was needed and over a month before Christmas. I emailed them after two weeks of it not even being shipped out yet. They guaranteed me it would get to me in time. I stayed in communication with them because my tracking never changed and they kept blaming the couriers. First USPS then UPS. The only tracking I had was for USPS. I called both and submitted complaints. Both couriers reached out to me... USPS said they never recieved that package from the original sender. UPS said they did not have any information at all about this package or anything under my name. I tried many "tracking codes" that I received and none of them worked either. Just like they didn't with me. Only the USPS one worked.
After much communication with the company, I sent a resolution email. I requested a replacement and full refund, not including the shipping costs.
They denied any resolution and said they'd already told me who has my package (UPS).
So, 16 days after the promised date, 10 days after the date I most needed it, and 4 days after Christmas the package is still not here.
The company has no idea where it is and blames the couriers. The couriers have no idea where it is and the blame the company. The company has offered no solutions and now no resolution.
They lied to me in the initial email when I was concerned about it not being shipped out yet because they were afraid I'd cancel my order. Which I would have... then I'd have $80 to spend on my nephew elsewhere in time for Christmas.
Advertising on their website is a lie, customer service lies, disorganized, and just overall a bad experience.
The company is in China but the person I have been in contact with is in the Philippines. He told me he can't even help me contact the couriers because the call would cost him too much money.
Just sketchy and sad.
Shop Etsy instead.
After waiting over 4 months for my order, I received it in a crushed box with parts broken. I sent pictures and they said I had to ship it back to China at my cost to get a new product! I told them it would be too costly to do this and now they're asking for video for more proof. I just want a refund at this point the pictures I sent should be proof enough to get my nearly $90 back!
I have tried using their "contact us" and it doesn't send my message to them. Every time I click submit it tells me that a field must be completed even though I have all the fields completed.
Also, they state on their processing time that orders are sent to facility within 24 hours. Then after that it is mailed out within 3-5 business days. This isn't the case with my order. They have exceeded the limitation of their standards.
I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. You have better luck contacting someone from Wish or the IRS.
I ordered a phone case and it is horrible super bad quality do not recommend the phone case did not come as seen and it's not even good for protection awful experience do not recommend unless you are trying to waste your money
I ordered 8th Dec. 20 and eventually got 18th Jan. 21 (over one month), the item doesn't match the website description and I still paid another delivery fee apart from the one paid to them. It is a complete waste of time and money!
Took over one month to ship though this was during the virus crisis, so I'm not really holding that against them. But only one of the four shirts I ordered was sent. Never did receive the other three. While ordering, I asked about sizing, took my measurements and gave them to customer service. They recommended a size too large. The size chart is not accurate at all. Print and stitch quality is poor. There are little white areas where the print didn't adhere. Stitching is bunched up around the neckline. Even when asking about sizing, customer service was poor at communicating. Not only unhelpful but misleading. Makes sense why they don't do refunds or exchanges. They are just offloading cheap products for premium prices and taking money where they can. After inquiring about the lack of quality and where the rest of my order is, my original order information was deleted and all tracking information was removed, which was never updated before that anyway. Wasted over $120 on this store. Avoid and don't waste your money like I did. The print looks nothing like the picture. Horrible quality. Poorly packaged. Damages upon arrival. No response from the company to get a refund. Do not buy from them

If youre buying from saiyanstuff be ready to wait at oeast a month for delivery! I ordered some cool stuff on january 24th and as of today i still dont know where my items are, no updates or anything!

I ordered the Raditz model. It looks great, like I really love it. Literally the only thing wrong is the stand that came with it doesn't fit with the model. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't get the feet to go into the notches of the stand, almost like it was the wrong one. Like it wasn't made for the model and got switched up with another one. Other than that, everything is great.
I ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas present on November 23,2018. I never received the item and it is now January 6,2019. I have requested a refund -- hopefully, this transaction will happen immediately!
Products are definitely not worth the amount of money being charged, the quality wasn't good and products look nothing like advertised. I def see why they say no refunds because they would be out of business by then if there were. I learned my lesson
