No product is shipped, they do not reply to any emails, its a simple ecommerce scam.
They run the same scheme with multiple sites - materpeiceme.co, royal-portraits.com, myroyalportraits.com.
Be warned. Complete and utter SCAM!

My enquiries regarding the progress of my orders were met with generic emails claiming the delay was due to high volumes of orders.
Fortunately, I managed to get a refund through my bank.
I have been waiting on my order for 15 weeks. They sent a digital image (small and useless) to appease me for a short time, but have not delivered a product. They keep saying its in shipping and they are behind. That has been the same excuse for 5 weeks now and counting.
Do not order from them, do not believe them, do not trust them.
