The recruiters barely speak English and claim their big named clients are looking to hire ASAP. They proceed to ask for tor last 3 digits of your social security number, birthdate and you never hear back from them. They just collect resumes for commissions or something.
They harass with texts, phone calls and emails.

Run far away!

Claiming Apple is using these clowns that can't even speak English. As soon as we have issues communicating a second and third voice come on the line who don't do much better. Pretending i have an issue with my resume. I just hung up on them eventually and would recommend YOU do the same

Be Careful!
December 15, 2023

Job applicants are advised not to pursue this opportunity. The work environment may be demanding, and a decrease in performance from 150% to 100% may result in a 'Lack of Work' notice. There is a concern about idea theft and process changes aimed at undermining high-performing individuals. Additionally, managerial guidance may come from individuals with limited expertise. Experience with various systems is essential, as training on legacy systems is considered ineffective, and preference is given to employees using updated systems in Azure.

Also, you will be working with individuals like the picture I have posted. This guy has a nasty attitude and is a full-time favored employee.

I think some staffing companies in India will say they have businesses in the US and they will use American names and pictures on their website to seem legit. I've had the same guy from Rose International apply me for the same position but each time he used a different name. I know this because I kept his voice mails. Something not right with this company. They ask can they alter your resume, yet they never show you what they alter. I feel somehow they get credit for submitting resume to their clients that maybe 80% or better qualified to keep their contracts. I had a contract with another agency that claim to be in the states but they were actually in India. I got paid but there was no way to get in touch with them, and the office they claim to have in Marietta, GA didn't exist. I know because I went by the address and the business was closed.

They reached out with an opportunity that aligned with my background, rushed me to go give them a resume immediately because "You are the last candidate slot and it's due today" Because it's so "last minute" they send a template for you to fill out so you can essentially have control of their pitch, but low and behold on the form is a field for SS# and Birthdate. This is BEFORE you have spoken to anyone. Then you never hear from that person again. However you are put on some sort of list because more scammer recruiters start reaching out on a weekly basis. My advice: Delete and block anything from RoseInt.com Do not engage with them AT ALL.

Not a scammer company
August 11, 2022

I have been working in Rose International as as Recruiter since 1 year, everything is great, some says it is a scam but it is not.
Yes I can understand most of the recruiters neber get back to the candidates to provide them proper feedback. But I am working and I provide all the updates whether the candidate is selected or not.
And last 4 or last 3 digit of Social is a submittal requirement for some clients like Kaiser, Facebook, Nationwide insurance, that's why consent form ask for ssn, but if candidate do not want to provide last 4 ssn they can just add 0000 on that section.

Thus we are legit and many. Indian recruiters working in the India branch at Delhi and in US as well.
Thanks

Rose International is supposedly an employment agency for IT and other types of jobs. They get resumes from places like Careerbuilder and Monster, and they call and email you with a job description. Their area code 636 is in New York, but the calls actually come from India. So you may get a call from somebody named Sam, Jack, Joe, Mike, etc. but you'll have a hard time understanding what they're saying. Hah. Then they will send you a "job application" which asks for all types of info including your social security number and past addresses. Once you submit it, you will never hear from them again. Draw your own conclusions. I am a professional corporate recruiter with 20 years experience. A real company or agency will never ask for your social online, unless you have been interviewed and are getting the job, they will need it to run the background check. I've seen thousands of resumes in my career, and I've never seen a former employee of Rose International. Watch out for foreign fakers!

Frustrating!
August 5, 2022

I was contacted by this agency with a great job opportunity at a point in my life where I was in need of employment. I did everything that they required of me; I sent my resume, talked to the recruiters supervisor, and was told I would be a perfect fit and they were going to get me an interview... I never recieved an interview! What I have recieved is constant phone calls from different recruiters trying to tell me about job opportunities. They do not communicate with one another and no one even had me in their system to even know that I was already talking to someone (whom plromised me an interview and I never heard from this recruiter again). I have asked every different recruiter that calls to please remove me from their calling list; however, I continue to be harassed daily and constantly by this agency. I have worked with employment agencies before and had a great experience where they were professional and had follow through, but this agency was a huge waste of time with no real opportunity of obtaining actual employment let alone an actual interview. As I am writing this review, I just recieved another call from yet again a different recruiter! I only gave one star because I had to give a rating, if it were up to me, I wouldn't even give half a star!
