When I contacted asking when it was going to be done and shipped 3 days after it said your item would ship 2-18 days. Still hadn't even began making item. I paid extra to have it made quick and expedited shipping. Still haven't received my order. Ordering may 5th was expecting by 23rd it is now June 1st.
I placed an order 2 weeks before a birthday and Mother's Day. Website says 5-8 business days. I placed my order with plenty of time to receive my gifts for my wife. Her birthday is 2 days after Mother's Day. Nothing, not a email about when I'm getting my packages, not an email saying sorry we are delayed, nothing! Come to find out the package was coming from china, which I'm cool with, but no communication that that was where the package will be delivered from. So here I am on mothered day, and my wife's birthday, (2 days later) with no communication on the status of my order, looking like I got no gifts for my wife for either celebration. And here I am still waiting for the gifts to show up. Not impressed, I will not be purchasing anything from RoseFeels ever and will not recommend them ever! Thanks for shafting me!
Using the website was ok, except it looked like it hadn't been updated since the last big promo (Valentine's Day). But since I was ordering a gift for Mothers Day, which was 12 days away, I opted for VIP Processing. It was only a couple bucks, but said that "your order will be moved to the front of the line." Without VIP processing, the website said I should expect the item in 14-20 days. With the VIP processing, it said I could expect the order in 10-14 days. I only had 12, so I paid the extra amount. It's now June 2nd. Mothers Day was May 11th and I still don't have the order. It's been 33 days. I have communicated with the company twice, via email, and was told each time. "We're so sorry. Your order is in processing and should be shipped soon." It's been 33 days.

I am extremely disappointed due to the fact my order was two weeks late, and once arrived it was damaged. My son is recovering for a spinal cord injury and this was to surprise for him, and that has not happened due to it being damaged. I would life a full refund of my order.
This company is NOT a crafter - Suppose to ship to me within 2 weeks - A month later it has not shipped and I just got a notice it is sitting in a warehouse in China which means 2 more weeks to get here - if I wanted cheap China stuff I would order from Walmart or something - I go to Etsy to support small business crafters - STAY AWAY
Not going to lie, I was nervous to pay for something without seeing a mockup of what to expect. My expectations on the quality and likeness was fairly low as I was getting hoodies with four animals, one of which is an all black dog. I tried hard to find pictures that matched their in person likeness.
What we got was seriously so, so cute and just right. The likeness was captured well even with the all black dog! It's our favorite hoodie now. It was a gift for my husband but I'm glad I got another one for me too because I would have been so jealous. I'm absolutely going to share the site to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

I ordered this necklace for my son. The engravings are barely visible and the chain gets kinked very easily. The card was NOT the "Girlfriend" sentiment I ordered. The pull tab on the "drawer" of the box pulled off entirely, making it difficult to then open the box/drawer style. I just expected better quality.
