I was on the phone for 3 long hours with 3 different representatives, and they couldn't do a simple thing I needed. It was really frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't work well and can't even fix its own problems. I strongly suggest you find a different company for your QuickKooks cloud hosting. Stay away from this tricky company.

This whole situation has made me really unhappy, and I'll be careful about suggesting this company to others in the future.
