Mom an pop vance r great the pearl party is fun to either just watch or buy their product's. I buy the monster oysters because u get alot of beautiful pinks and cream sometimes mauve an peach colors. Vance made me a beautiful pearl strand with the silk thread and it's what I'm wearing for my daughter's wedding. He will be making the bridesmaids bolo bracelets with 5 Pearl's from the monster oysters and the one in the middle will be the accent color of their gowns. They are awesome to work with and make the party fun

It is a great group of people to purchase from but kind of hard to get in contact before the shows. Love what they do and how they want everyone to have a good experience. I am definitely buying from them again after this next paycheck.

Unfortunately, we are unavailable for about two hours before and an hour after the live show. During that time, we have some monitoring for urgent requests. If you ever need to reach us before a show, please try to do so more that two hours before or put URGENT in all caps at the very beginning of your message so we can prioritize yours ahead of other requests. URGENT requests should be limited to request to change opening day. Any other requests can and will be resolved after the show. After waiting 9 weeks for her items to arrive, one arrived damaged. The company told her she had to pay to return the item and it would be at least 4 weeks for a new one. She threw her arms in the air, the jewelry in the trash and I started Real Deal Pearls the next day.
