I bought a pair of Everyday Earbuds to find out they weren't working (bluetooth connectivity issue). I contacted support and they replied with the usual recommendations, but they didn't work. So I asked for a refund. And the minute they found out I'm from outside the States, they started ghosting me. It's been a week, I've sent several email reminders about my issue, but they won't reply. And I know that this issue is common as there's a sub-reddit on the subject. Electronics can be defective. I have no issue with that. What bothers me is their attitude towards customers. They just ignore me.
So this going to sound like a paid promotion but. Raycon Global is easy to view and easy navigate on mobile, tablet and desktop. They frequently have sales on their items. Not many colors, but a good enough range to to fit into a customer's aesthetic. I have ordered from them many times. It's been a joke between me and my family and friends that I'm collecting them.
One negative thing though... they do not have user accounts nor do they store customer information such as past orders. It's up to you to save and print out your receipts that should contain useful information such as: name, date, price, UPC, serial number or rdid, and payment method. Doing so would give customers peace of when working retail jobs where they might be accused of theft... *cough*Amazon*cough*
