Really liked the concept/idea… however in reality this bag is worth maybe $40-$50… no way is it worth $160. I am a hospice nurse and liked the ability to wipe it clean between patients. But after 2 weeks it's already cracked. 100% disappointed and not worth the investment at all
Love this bag, lightweight and plenty room inside, not bulky to wear cross body or as shoulder bag, only thing missing is key fob attachment, but I use zipped front pockets which are easily accessible without rummaging about in bag itself.
My girls purchased a $58 (plus S&H) billboard bag from this company, which touted durability. With only regular wear, it lasted only 3 months before developing tiny holes and tears in the bottom of the bag. I wrote to customer service twice and received no acknowledgement, much less any answer to my question. Stay away from this company. Their products look unique, but unless you want to store it on a shelf, it's definitely not worth the money you pay!
Got a bag for work- After 3 months there are cracks all over it - we asked rareform if there were any special care requirements no response- we told them that given the price we would not expect bag to deteriorate so soon no response - so I would say don't buy it - an absolute waste of money
Advertised as lifetime-durable, mine started cracking/flaking after only a few days of use. I got some spray-on rubber coating and thick-coated the bag. It dulled the nice sheen of the bag but has kept it from disintegrating. Love the style of their new Maya bag (just saw on Instagram) but would not buy another.
Bought duffle bug for me and hubby, nice bags for sports and everyday use. Delivery is fast but when I contacted them after because didn't find any care requirements added to my package I didn't get any response for my mail. They are silent about it for a week already
I love my Brooklyn Backpack! I have been using it as my work bag for a year and it still looks brand new. It is the perfect size to fit all my items and I love that it's one of a kind. Since this purchase I also have bought the madison wristlet wallet and the vienna toiletry bag - very pleased with both of those as well! Excited to try more of their products. 100% would recommend!
A friend of mine showed me this company a few years back and I can't get enough. Literally, my collection is growing! I have a few blake totes (I will never ever use another grocery bag again, these puppies can hold the whole store!). Also have a duffle that's become my go to travel bag - sooo cute and spacious! Their customer service is top notch. They are the BEST!
I contacted the company and there " 1-Year warranty" is 2 months. They told me they couldn't help me. I really liked the bag and was willing to give them another chance. They won't exchange it. It didn't even last the spring. Not worth the money
Order screen kept freezing up on me - going back and forth from "continue to shipping" to "continue to payment" and back again. So I didn't order. Sounds like a great idea, though.
