Called them up after seeing that their reviews on google were pretty good, had someone pickup the phone and they asked me a couple of questions about my car. I had told him about all the details and he offered me a really good price. This was the fourth car removal company i called and they offered me the highest amongst all. They picked it up on the same day and i was given an invoice for the car.

I was given a quote from rapid removal after giving all information about my car including the excellent condition and major repairs that had been done with all receipts only that the motor wouldn't start. I was very happy because it was the best offer. When they came to collect the car they dropped price by 400$ and refused the quote that was given because the motor didn't start even though I had told them waisting my time and effort. Very disappointed with the deception and business tactics. Looking back to website it states that they take cars with non working motor's. Very disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone you will be lied to and deceptively cheated! And get this asked me to help to push the car to the truck!
