My experience would suggest 100% SCAM SITE. My account was charged, but the order was never shipped after more than a month. The items still showing as in stock and attempts to contact support lead to run around "thanks for your patience" auto replies. Researching the company now I see they're plagued with BBB complaints and other reviews with the same experience as me.
Purchased multiple items from Proozy. Their web sight says 3-5 business days for shipping. Problem here is it's been 7 days thus far and nothing of my order has been shipped yet. I emailed the company and received an immediate response of "it looks like you are asking about your order status". Definitely AI generated…with no explanation.
They claim their products are "100% authentic." What I received was authentically a shirt, in that it had a hole for each arm and a hole in the middle for my head to stick out, but that's about the end of the authencity. It was a brand name product, but was a counterfeit made from cheap fabric, with poor stiching. I doubt it will survive more than a couple washings. Also, it looks so ridiculously fake that I wouldn't wear it anyplace anyway. I'm now the proud owner of an IZOD paint rag.

30 day return policy should be a little longer especially around the holidays. If you order early to make sure you receive gifts on time you run into a problem with returning the item. Won't be buying from them again!

This is not a legit company - they charge your credit card then often don't ship your order. Customer service is nonexistent and if you don't remember to follow up that an order wasn't shipped they will keep your money! It took almost 6 weeks to receive my order from them. That was after several emails, a request for information lodged with PayPal, then a formal complaint. After absolutely no response, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Only then did they ship my order...not response to the dozens of inquiries...just ship the item. What I received was a FAKE very counterfeit Spyder Vest. Don't order from these folks, it's a scam!

By mistake I ordered a wrong size of clothing. I had emailed them stating the concern. Immediately without any further questions they responded saying that they have updated the size and that's what will be delivered. First time I'm seeing a customer service with a prompt resolution other than complicating it. Customer service agent name is Corin. Special mention to her kudos guys.
Name brand clothing for less. I have purchased from them several times with no issues, until my most recent purchase. I contacted customer service and they promptly resolved my issue. I highly recommend.
So many online sellers abandon customer service, but Darcy at Proozy went above and beyond. She updated my order when I mistakenly selected the wrong size, then - when there was an issue with shipping - she resolved the issue and informed me about it before I even knew there was a concern. Wonderful company - I will definitely shop with them again!
