Corrupt business model

Procompair puts companies on their system [ as if they were asked to do so] then compare with other companies without any permission from the companies. You are essentially stealing info/ miss using in thinking you are allowed to represent them/ and have no regard, call it abusing the South African POPI Act https://popia.co.za/
Will someone please arrange a class act and let's sue them.
