¿how to make a double capture?, other than how can I add it in a more original way.

I think this website is very good, it allows you to grab your computer screen and crop it down to the right size.
It automatically goes into a link, and you can send the link to friends or family if you want them to see what's on your screen, or if you want to send a picture.
I'd recommend it.
