My plan consists of text messaging and video calls. We chat with the therapist each day. And we have video calls once a week to sum up all that we discussed during the week. Personally, I believe video is more helpful. It's like a ftf therapy when I see all non-verbal cues, body language, etc. I wish the sessions could last longer to explain & talk about everything, but in general it's ok))
It's my 1st therapy session and the 1st therapy at all. I had to admit that I subscribed but almost canceled due to my worries, constant stress, and just because I have GAD. The covid-19 pandemic turned to be a devastating, damaging time period for my mental health. I've always been a mentally good person, but the end of 2020 became a time to find psychotherapy services. It was something new just for me.
I must state this experience with Primetherapist began enjoyably. Will I resume our therapy periods? Probably no since I see no need in them anymore. But if something disturbs my inner happy self, I'll request one of their therapists once again.
