I love traveling, but learning other languages is not my thing, that's why I use Poliglu to communicate with people from other countries whose language is different from mine. It is very practical, simple to use, easy to carry and discreet.

I got 4 devices and ordered 1 yess 1 and could not change anything...
But the first one worked and I was happy, but after 2 DAYS it stopped the volume so after that the real $#*! started...
Tried everything but I have €220 of paperweights now

Poliglu is an excellent translator that efficiently converts one language into another. It's user-friendly and performs reliably, whether I'm traveling or conversing with people who speak different languages. It enhances mutual understanding, making communication seamless.

The device doesn't work. It will not connect to any of the apps recommended by customer service. I am not the only one with this problem. Even then, they will make you pay for return shipping. It's a complete waste of money. The only other option is to wait till their $#*!ty IT department gets their $#*! together and fixes the problem. I guarantee that's why you have to pay for return shipping because, for most people, it doesn't work, and they know this. Seems like a scam to me.

When I tried to get the app, which is necessary, I got a message that said the app would NOT work with my newer version of android.

They're response was to says they're working on it and then issue a refund.

Customer service is good. Product, unusable.

I'm not happy with my purchase. I was excited when it finally arrived and could not wait to get it set up. When I went to download the app, I received an error message stating that the app was not available for my phone as it only supports older versions of android. Seriously?

So now I have a $90 block that I can't do anything with.
Support has-been useless to say the least.

How do they not have a service/fulfillment center in the U.S.A? It will cost me $75 to ship 5 units back to Lithuania (something that should have been posted on their site under the 30 day satisfaction/warranty section.

Seldom will a traveler be connected to wifi while touring. Only when they are in their hotel or restaurant etc so pretty useless and audio quality is also sub par.
