Google rejected my Gift Card
I purchased legit $50 Google Play Gift card from another site. I redeemed it in my Play balance. They said they need more info and to fill out a form. I filled it out, they emailed back and said they can't accept card. I tried chatting with Support, they said a specialist will get back to me in 24 hrs. It's been 3 days since I redeemed the card, 2 days since I first contacted support. I still have not heard anything. I did a search on this issue and it looks like a common problem! Most people say Google never honored they're card, some say they got it after a couple months! Google is ripping off customers!
Google is happy to take your money but when it comes to refunds they are deceitful and have a pattern of Behavior to make it extremely difficult to get a refund. I purchased a subscription for the BLK dating app and in the fine print it said I had three days from the date of subscription to cancel and get a full refund and now Google is not living up to the terms of agreement specified which makes them in breach of contract. Google thinks because they are as big as they are that they can just do whatever they want and everyone needs to know it. They are monopolistic in nature and I feel they should be broken up as they are too controlling and manipulative and exhibit Behavior like many people including myself have experienced just look at the reviews to see for yourself. Hopefully there will soon be a class action lawsuit against Google for this Behavior. Their business model is to collect as much money as possible And make it as difficult as possible To get a refund. I will no longer be using any Google services for transactions due to this arrogant and deceitful Behavior.
Spent $500 in 5 weeks on game content and a few days ago everything was deleted and the game started over. Neither Google Play nor EA SPORTS will refund my money. Complete rip offs.
I tried to download and update some of my apps and even though I have 49 the of 53 it won't update random apps or download apps for no reason I wish google play fix this problem it won't update Aliexpress for no reason I had problems downloading that app initially and other apps and it was not fair google play sucks I wish I can go back to apple why would they won't update or download apps I hate this store it has a mind of its own google need to fix this and google play protect sucks
Google removes honest reviews that use a less friendly tone but which, by definition, are not vulgar in any way. They temper with the freedom of speech right while defending companies that mock their customers. Just because of that Google Play deserves nothing more than a star for using aggressive censorship.
Again and again I try out apps from Google Play store that are supposed to be some type of investment or passive income app. But everyone of them so far has been nothing more than a scam that never pays out and support never responds. I use to trust Google Play store because I believed they actually tested and verified these applications before offering them to the public. But now the name Google is anonymous with scam. How could a corporation like Google allow all these scams to be deployed by there services? This is unacceptable and poor business ethics. I am furious with Google for letting the public get ripped off by these scams apps and doing nothing about it. Google you are also guilty for these crimes and should be held accountable.
The team's work ethic is something I truly admire. Great assignment help. For me specifically, this has made a significant difference. The achievements never cease to astound me. I appreciate you offering this distinct viewpoint, and I wholeheartedly suggest making use of the service.
The only games here are the ones they play with your money after you make a purchase. First it's transaction complete then its there was a problem completing the transaction. Yup they got the money now get to wait 4 day's call back and ask for a refund. Which takes 10 more days to complete. Do yourself a favor find another way.

The worst customer service ever! If a transaction goes wrong it seems impossible to correct. Only email support and they ask for the same information over and over again. It takes days for them to respond and when they respond they ask for information, screen shots that you already sent 4 times.
Answer: It's a legit company just not as secure as we are lead to blelive they should be checking apps before adding them to the playstore and if they are checking them upon entry their should also be random checks to see what the apps do on our phone and to ensure the developer hasn't made changes to the app that affect their consumers.
Answer: It's actually not that hard, all you have to do is go to subscriptions and unsubscribe from the service you want to
Answer: Androids only have the option of google play. There is no other choice for app dowloads.
