This company is a RIP-OFF they continue to take charges from your account after you are linked to a 4 day free trial that appears to have cancellation option online... only to discover you have to call them to cancel. If you call within the 4 days they will tell you to cancel online... then you find out that you had to call, cancel online, and then call them again. They are getting away with it because of the language that they use in their disclosure. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD

This website is completely fraudulent. It baits you in with the $1 claim to lookup and find people, numbers and addressess for a nominal fee. The information that they say that you will receive is not at all what you paid for. I looked up a friend and this site was supposed to give me age, address and some other info and it did not. This site also continued to charge my credit card after I told them to cancel my membership the same day. I just called the number given to me by my credit card customer service agent and spoke with clarrisa. I told her over a month ago that I had requested that my card not be charged. She cancelled my subscription stating that it had not been cancelled yet. Which leads me to believe that they received the request, but refused to act on it. I then asked for a full refund of the 18.95 that my account was charged. Clarrisa stated that they could not refund my money, since that is there policy, but what she would do since phoneagents appreciates my business is refund 50% of the 18.95. My thoughts are that if you refund 50% because you appreciate my business so much why not refund it all? I will take this to the Attorney General.
