I ordered a console table and it arrived very quickly. One of the drawers was damaged. I sent an email and received a response within a day. Noah asked me to send some pictures and a little information and I received the replacement drawer within a couple of days! I can't say enough about the service I received. Noah was awesome! I will definitely order from this company again!
Rated 4/5 only because the cost was just slightly higher than where I normally order (Westminster) but the trust in JB was higher after I read several reviews on Westminster. I buy the Christmas rounds every year for gifts and now wonder if the ones from past years were actually solid silver or just plated. I will pay more to be sure at JB.
I been waiting since October 2021 for lowe's to finish the installation of a fence, I been calling several times, I already paid for this job, but they never finished the job. The gates don't have latches which I paid for, it very frustrating because they don't do anything about it. I don't recommend Lowe's at all
I purchased a new phone from the company got the phone and it's not registered to a network unable to make calls or txt. The workers want to play games and give u the run around no one can help.fix the problem they give u fake numbers to call no tech support help and now saying I got to send more money to send the phone back.to them that they sent me that does not work I wouldn't recommend them at all to anyone so unprofessional
The representative was very helpful in placing my order. When received the part did not fit to my clipping machine.I called back and notify the representative that it did fit to my machine, The refund was made after reviewing the order. The representative was well trained, very helpful and courteous.It was a pleasant experience.
I ordered a ring and they charged me for two. Did send me two of the same ring and will not refund my money even though I said I will return the ring. Have not received them yet, so will post further when I receive them Just save your money.
