Peacequiet

I couldn't have asked for more.
Arrived was showed the shower toiletries how to shower and save water at the temple.
Then sat for a cup of organic Hampstead Tea nicely brewed and kept warm by candle lit tea warmer.

I was surprised how much I spoke about myself during tea with Verah and Ma.
Ma give me the Massage but I think Verah is the teacher?

The massage lasted 90 minutes I paid for 70 minutes. I thought they made a mistake. My friend went there and the same, he was there for almost two hours, I don't think they pay attention to the time. Time does slow down, everything slows down, everything is very peaceful in there.

I cannot believe how peaceful I was inside my head, I keep smiling every time I remember how good I felt after the massage.

This was my first massage, I'm very happy!
