On their site it says that photos will be delivered in 2-3 days and in my case it took 3 weeks. Then I verified the photo dimensions and the face dimension was good but not the photos size to match the Canadian passport requirements.
I needed to quickly take a photo for my passport. The app turned out to be very helpful because I received the photos within a few minutes and I didn't even have to leave the house. And most importantly, the photo was approved by the office! I'm really satisfied :)
I used this app for me and my baby. No problem with taking my photo but had some issues with the baby. Customers service did a great job. They contacted me and explained what to do to take a photo of my little one. I truly recommend this app!

No product delivered, and customer service trying to pass the buck onto the delivery service they use and deny all accountability.
I was then told they've forwarded "my request for reimbursement of delivery costs" when they should be repaying the entire amount given they haven't produced any product!
I was promised a full refund on a previous refund but instead have been sent £3 and told that because the final screen had an option to download a copy of the photo I HAD SENT THEM, that this is them providing the product! I'm still chasing the rest of my refund.
Total scam - don't waste your time or money. You'll never get either of them back again!
I ordered photos for the ID card and sent my photo in app. After 5 minutes I had a ready photo and the verifier accepted it without any problems. I recommend it to everyone, very helpful app :)

At first the photo was not accepted. I wrote to them and they modified the photo and then it passed the criteria. Good customer service. Would recommend.
