I ordered a part for my washing, it arrived but as it turned out, the washing machine was not worth repairing. I never used the part, so I returned it according to their instructions via US mail. Their return instructions state that they need 5 days to process credits for returns. I tracked the shipment & it was received by them 3 weeks ago. I've reached out to them 3-4 times in the past few weeks but they don't answer & haven't returned my $$. I checked their status with the Better Business Bureau & it seems they do this to everyone as they're rated "F" by the BBB. STAY AWAY, THEY'RE THIEVES!

Bought a lint screen for my dryer. Put in the model number and it said this one fits my dryer. Shipped fast. Not their fault but the box came damaged and the screen ripped. Match up the part just to make sure before I email them because of other reviews people saying they were sent the wrong part even tho they put their model number in. Sure enough looks the same but a bit smaller and doesn't fit. The lint screen itself is a knockoff cheaply made item. Basically junk. I emailed them so I could return my damaged item and just get my money back. 1 week no response. These guys are crooks! Seems like alot of other people have had the same problems with them. I paid for express shipping and the part was here in 2 days, BUT the quality was terrible! The end that plugged into the refrigerator wouldn't even clip into place - the wings were short and slight plastic. That end just "fell out" - no connection! I e-mailed immediately - not even the courtesy to respond! By the time I pay the 20% restocking fee and the postage to return - who knows if I would even get a refund as promised. Ordered front and rear shock absorbers for my 1980 ford f100 pickup. Paid $157.57 for them, received the package late and then opened the box to only 2 front shock absorbers but plenty of room for there to be the other 2. The package wasn't tampered with at all. They don't want to send me the other 2. Emailed me saying the account is closed and it's resolved so there's nothing they can do. Don't waste your time and money by going through this company. There are plenty other part sites you can get from without getting screwed! All I wanted was my parts!
I bought washer door seal. I gave them Model of the washer and they sent me seal and this seal was about 20% bigger than old seal. I sent them email and they start to play, like they sent correct part. I sent them bunch of pictures and they still make me fill stupid. They don't want to take care return shipping. Be careful when you buying from them, you can get wrong part and you will need fight to get your money back and pay return shipping out of your pocket. Horrible company with absolutely no customer support and respect
