I ordered a part for my washing, it arrived but as it turned out, the washing machine was not worth repairing. I never used the part, so I returned it according to their instructions via US mail. Their return instructions state that they need 5 days to process credits for returns. I tracked the shipment & it was received by them 3 weeks ago. I've reached out to them 3-4 times in the past few weeks but they don't answer & haven't returned my $$. I checked their status with the Better Business Bureau & it seems they do this to everyone as they're rated "F" by the BBB. STAY AWAY, THEY'RE THIEVES!

I went to the website and filled all the information on my fridge to get a replacement part for the icemaker.
I ordered the exact part they told me to get. Order was sent fast BUT it was the wrong part and didn't fit so I returned it within 3 days and asked for a refund. No response. Finally after 5 phones and messages, which they don't answer, I sent an email to the support address and was told that a PARTIAL refund would be issued. No explanation as to why the refund is PARTIAL. I have contact my bank to see if they can investigate what is going on. And the fridge ice maker is still not working

Item received without essential pieces- item can't be installed without these unique pieces that they don't sell in stores. Support suggested I go to my local store to get the parts that they forgot to send me - no store within 5 hours has these parts which is why I placed the order with this website! Their responses are childish and unprofessional trying to get out of having to refund me.

Return Process needs Improvement

Website was easy to navigate. Received parts in a reasonable time. Only reason I gave a 3 star instead of a higher rating is due to their return service requiring 20% restocking fee plus customer must pay for return shipping. The parts I purchased were not a good fit for the job, but I kept them instead of returning due to the return fee and hassle. Online orders almost everywhere provides a free return option (no mailing or other fees). In the future, will purchase from an online store that allows free return.

Lint screen

Bought a lint screen for my dryer. Put in the model number and it said this one fits my dryer. Shipped fast. Not their fault but the box came damaged and the screen ripped. Match up the part just to make sure before I email them because of other reviews people saying they were sent the wrong part even tho they put their model number in. Sure enough looks the same but a bit smaller and doesn't fit. The lint screen itself is a knockoff cheaply made item. Basically junk. I emailed them so I could return my damaged item and just get my money back. 1 week no response. These guys are crooks! Seems like alot of other people have had the same problems with them. Part doesn't fit and no response from them.

Paid extra for 2-day shipping took 7 days 3C package. Ask about RTSing it before I even received it to which I received an automated response about using kindness and patience. It will not be returning as they charge a 20% fee for restocking

I ordered a defrost heater for my GE side to side refrigerator: the freezer was working but the refrigerator was getting warmer by the minute. I paid overnight delivery, otherwise I was going to have to throw all my groceries away, but the part was very reasonably priced. It arrived in my home in less than 24 hours. My husband and I installed it with a little bit of help from YouTube. My refrigerator is running like it was brand-new! Thank you guys.

Poor quality part!

I ordered a replacement harness for my ice maker. The part number that I ordered matched the number inside my refrigerator. I paid for express shipping and the part was here in 2 days, BUT the quality was terrible! The end that plugged into the refrigerator wouldn't even clip into place - the wings were short and slight plastic. That end just "fell out" - no connection! I e-mailed immediately - not even the courtesy to respond! By the time I pay the 20% restocking fee and the postage to return - who knows if I would even get a refund as promised. Will NEVER use this company again!

Fast Service - Great Quality

I'm having serious financial issues and my oven went out. YouTube helped me diagnose the problem, but I didn't know where to order the part. I picked https://www.partsdiscount.com/ because I didn't know who else to pick. The part got here super fast and in great condition. PartsDiscount helped me get my oven back online quickly at minimal cost. I'm am very grateful to them.

Crooks!

Ordered front and rear shock absorbers for my 1980 ford f100 pickup. Paid $157.57 for them, received the package late and then opened the box to only 2 front shock absorbers but plenty of room for there to be the other 2. The package wasn't tampered with at all. They don't want to send me the other 2. Emailed me saying the account is closed and it's resolved so there's nothing they can do. Don't waste your time and money by going through this company. There are plenty other part sites you can get from without getting screwed! All I wanted was my parts!

I bought washer door seal. I gave them Model of the washer and they sent me seal and this seal was about 20% bigger than old seal. I sent them email and they start to play, like they sent correct part. I sent them bunch of pictures and they still make me fill stupid. They don't want to take care return shipping. Be careful when you buying from them, you can get wrong part and you will need fight to get your money back and pay return shipping out of your pocket. Horrible company with absolutely no customer support and respect

Terrible customer service

I Paid 19.95 for 2 day shipping, took 4 days to arrive. Asked for my 19.95 back and was told no, I was cheap $#*! for asking for it back and not to come back. I Have Screenshots of all messages. Do not give them your business.

No part arrived

I did not receive a part. I contacted customer service and received a email that it had been delivered May 28th at 2:45 pm. Iwas at home when it should have arrived. No package. Maybe you should consider a different shipping company. I ordered from another company and received the part in three days at a lower price.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I returned a product and they have not refunded the money. They would not respond to the BBB and the case had to close due to no response from the business.
This is such a horrible experience. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

Buyer beware. Do not buy from this company. I paid for the expedited shipping and they send it by slow mail. I'm sure they just pocketed the money. When I asked why would it take so long they blame it on COVID-19 and have a piss poor attitude. Here is the response.
You can thank the virus and your lovely post office for that.

We paid them 1-3 day priority but the virus is holding everything up...
