Ordered two small items, a 100rd paintball tube and a ball latch, totaling about $4. I wanted to see if this site was legitimate, based on other bad customer reviews, while not putting much money on the line. Sure enough, they failed as predicted. After 14 days of hearing nothing from the company about my order, I called customer service to see what was up. Rep informed me that my order had been cancelled a few days after it was placed and my money refunded because the items were "out of stock". I've never had an order cancelled due to items being out of stock - usually a company will notify the buyer that the items are delayed and will ship on a later date. This company not only cancelled the order, but never contacted me about it!

Order my tippman x7 close quarters gun two weeks already called for tracking and delay like always. Reps told me same thing over and over tracking will be sent to me in the evening when shipped out today. I waited til night still nothing. They lied to me as I wait patiently. I should of went to a local paintball store I would of had the same deal and got it the same day. Somebody have to take down this lousy online business Paintballguns.net is a rip off. I read other consumer complaints about this site that they even sent out used paint ball guns to customer.

I made a puchase from this site an it took 10 days to arrive only to find it was the wrong item. I called them an told them an they said they would be sending me information via e-mail. It took 3 days for them just to send the e-mail. I sent the product back and still have not recieved the item i paid for and its been a month. I call the number they have on the site an the customer service rep. Only tells me he has marked the order urgent and thats all he can do, so i ask him if there is anyone else who may be able to help and he said no only other reps like him.

STAY AWAY FROM PAINTBALLGUNS.NET! My experience with them has been as bad as every other review. My items shipped out two weeks after placing the order and when they did, they were sent to the wrong state! Based on the tracking info, my merchandise was returned to sender and has not come to me yet... it has been a month! I contacted customer service and every time I was told that my order would be shipped next day - for 5 days in a row! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS WEBSITE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

This ones more sketchy I ordered, they didn't have x item in stock, soon the phone with their agent I took his suggested product, I checked the product they wanted to ship it was meh, so I called back and changed the order to a new item. On the phone he said they couldnt check availability because they had gone for thanks giving holidays and he would check Friday (fair enough). Friday morning 8 PST I get an email that they shipped the "suggested items" not the changed shipment. The email for the shipment was all correct and had a tracking number and it was by ground so i didnt check it for a couple weeks. Turns out they shipped to the wrong address, an address not even in my country (CA). Meanwhile the website had changed and when it came back up the contact number was now in MN vs CA, so I emailed, no answer, live chat no answer, called and got a very quick we will fix it response. And pretty much after investigating on my own, and finding it probably best to cut my losses. I called back and cancelled (we shall see if I get my refund).
