Purifier arrived quickly. Directions were unclear and I emailed for help since I could not return the item since I had opened the package. I emailed a request for assistance and received a response several days later. I was told I would receive help in the form of an email with clearer information. A week and a half later, I am still waiting. I am 80 years old and the purifier is just sitting. I can't afford to buy a better one and my breathing is still unaided. I don't know how to add the proof of purchase to this response.
We give this business a 5 star for communication and delivery. The owner actually gave us a call before it was delivered. Awesome business. I would recommend.

I was a bit scared ordering from this website and I wondered if I would actually ever recieve the product. And even if I did if it would be some cheap scam.
But to my surprise it arrived within a week of ordering it and the headphones work great and feel decent in quality. Much better than a $35 knockoff that I had gotten earlier in the year off of ebay.

I ordered through your company and received no notification or anything about the product that I paid for or a delivery date. Communication is everything without it you have nothing.
