Went looking for slippers based on an ad I saw online. Their selection looks great... if you wear a size 8,13, or 14 which seem to be the only thing not marked "out of stock" or "notify me" and even those you have to take what style they have the sizes in. It's like digging through a store Christmas eve after the place is stripped picking through the 3 or 4 items that are left. Sad.

Overland - Simply the Best

After discovering Overland in Jackson Hole on vacation, I've loved their products! I've had and / or gifted shearling coats, both, mens and women's, shearling slippers, leather jackets, both mens and women's, and leather goods. Without fail, the products, service and staff exceed my expectations. I'm pretty shocked to see a low review because this store gets everything right. The pieces are made of animal hides expertly tanned. This means it's a luxury good that you can expect will last for years or decades. They even have great sales and very competitive prices for what you get, but, it's not the cheap option. This is the only thing I can imagine could, account for a less than 4.5 or 5 star review. The products are gorgeous.

I ordered boots online from Overland and requested "No Signature Required". I work and am never home when deliveries take place. I followed the companies procedures to allow this, but low and behold < they sent the package as "Signature Required". After several emails and calls, Overland has redirected my purchase to a Fed Ex pickup location. Now I need to make a special trip to retrieve my package. I'm not sure why I think ordering anything from Overland will go smoothly - there always seems to be a problem.

Great quality

Quality is great... The pricing is so high you feel like a real sucker for paying it. If not for the fact SHE had to have overland I would have passed and lagged it off. Trends cost more. Could have gotten custom. Better.

I'm highly satisfied with their products and services. It's amazing.The material is really of great quality! The color and design is very apt, and highly satisfied. The feel and looks are of premium quality dress material. Than you to the seller for timely delivery. The suit is excellent and it is an exclusive 5 star product. The color, quality and texture is at par with my expectations... I love the product and its value for money... Highly recommended.

Expensive, Dishonest

Bought a pair of slippers for $100. Liked them a lot but within a year, inside sole was wearing. Wrote to company about buying replacement insoles and the response was "they are meant to last." Subsequently wrote a negative review. They did not publish my negative review and when I wrote to ask why, the response was, "you are welcome to try again."
I don't trust a company that withholds reviews.

I contacted Overland asking about the shelf life of a pair of slippers I purchased from them a littler over two years ago indicating I was concerned how the inside shearling had worn down on one of the slippers. Customer Service sent me a label to return them at Overland's cost and indicated they should have worn better. I returned them on a Friday to the Fed Ex store, I received an email they received them on Monday and Thursday I received a new pair of slippers. This is Customer Service over the top. A company that stands behind their products 100%! Thank You Overland... And I LOVE my new Emma Slippers... as much as I loved the old ones -- a great product...

AVOID Overlander
January 7, 2022

Ordered DMOS shovel mount from Overlander; was backorderd so I canceled order. Order showed up one day; contacted company and they said they would issue me a return label. No label was sent - several days later I contacted again; they said give them one day to get return label sent. Several days later I contacted them again. No response. Sent more emails. Never got a response. I had to contact credit card company for charge back -
