They sent me stained pants. Other items were low quality. When I reached out to customer service, they took several days to respond to me. When they finally responded, they offered me a mere 8 dollars refund and told me to take the pants to have it dry cleaned myself, so maybe the stain would come out. When I said I still wanted to return it for a full refund, they then offered me $16 refund if I would keep it - but the total purchase was for $68. No I don't want stained pants for $16 discount. So I requested their return address, which they don't list on their site, and a day later, they have yet to respond to me. They also made a rude comment telling me to take it to the post office and see how much it costs to ship back to China… basically insinuating it will be expensive and on me, despite their sending me a defective item.

You take a big risk ordering because the customer service is rude and returns aren't easy. It's their mistake and yet they aren't fixing it.

I never received my order and when I emailed customer service it was returned undeliverable! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY OF MY ITEMS ORDERED AFTER PAYING FOR IT. THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU YOUR ITEMS.

I had made a purchase to which somehow the package on the USPS side said it was awaiting package but the site said it was delivered, only delivered to a place Ina town a few towns away not mine obviously but only provided the city of delivery. I contacted USPS to get a resolution, but they couldn't since the shipping the company opted for was the lowest teir they had no info to give me on this package. Contacted oshop, their customer service is awful. 2xs now I've been unable to respond to their one sentence emails offering no resolution. I've asked for a refund 5xs now or a replacement to which I received neither. This company does not care to resolve issues now I'm out a hundred dollars for some stranger to get the clothes I paid for and no one gives a damn. They are horrible at doing business n I wish I never did. What goes around comes around. N to whoever kept my package your a serious POS, if your name n address isn't on a package what says you should be able to open n keep the items. It's ignorant and karma is going to be giving you a 10 fold present. Always try n do the right thing to your fellow man cz when you don't, things will come to bite you in the butt. N that bite is usually venom filled. Js

Ordered 3 dresses back in the April for an event in May, had to make a purchase from actual store, as Im still waiting 5 months later nothings come and emailed the oshoplive.com email heard nothing back, cute clothes but sadly the clothes don't exist and I'm out $100.00 don't get scammed

DO NOT ORDER from this company they are a scam. I paid $500 australian dollars for various items and got nothing. They than said my shipment was delivered when i received nothing (2 months later). They even went to the length of giving me a fake tracking number for my shipment with Aramex. Please do not order from this scamming company. Dont loose out like I did

I was waiting for 30 days to receive my order and when i got it i saw it was wrong! The customer service is very bad and now i have to pay fees to send it back (which i have already pay to receive it) if i want to have a full refund or to keep the order i didn't order! Im the one that i have to pay for the mistakes of the company! Besides that the customer service as a solution is to give it to a friend of mine or sell it to someone else! Amazing?

I ordered some dresses and got totally different clothes. The material looks good for sale and they offered me a refund of $36 when my order was 125. This is just scam! 1 star is even to mach

Order 2/04/2022 for 60 $, until today (9/04) status: active. The Only contact with the store, and return message: no such email: *******@oshoplive.com, *******@modichic.com… Stay away from these scammers!

This place is a scam. I ordered 2 items. Paid for fast shipping. Got my items almost 3 weeks later and they are both wrong. Now the company won't give me a refund unless I mail back my wrong items to China on my cost. Most of my emails bounce back and there is no customer service number. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order that I never received and on Paypal they offered me a partial refund (29 dollars less than the initial paiment) without any explanation. The tracking number they gave me never worked, nor did their email address. Not once have they tried to be helpful, they never answered to any of my questions, just kept offering the partial refund. For all I know, they may never have sent the parcel and just stolen 29 dollars from me... You should avoid ordering on that website!

They don't really exist. There's no phone number anywhere, and the one and only email they share "*******@oshoplive.com" doesn't work. Neither does "*******@oshoplive.com" which is the address that confirms you bought something. I got a tracking number and my item was shipped to some ambiguous address in another state. They will not refund my money, reship the item I purchased, or even acknowledge I exist.

When I DM them on Instagram, they say the same thing to everyone: "Hi, Could you please offer order number so that we can check for you? Or please advise the recipient's name, invoice ID, or the email address you used when ordering will work as well."
Those are not my typos, that is their verbatim response. I give them everything they asked for and more, and they respond with, "Hi, can i help you? ;)" ... again, poor grammar and an emoji wink face that basically communicates they don't intend to correct anything.

I ordered dresses and they sent me junk the dresses did not match the photos at all made of cheap $1 material

I tried to get a hold of their returns department since the day I received my order and can't the e-mail listed is blocked - EVEERYTHING i received is incorrect DONOT BUY FROM THIS SITE they just want your money! I will keep posting negative reviews until someone replies and gives me my money back
