I placed an order on 4/16 and have received zero product. They don't respond to my emails either. I've no idea if they are still in business or if one day my order will just show up? Thankfully, I used PayPal, so they haven't got my money... yet.

Answer: Good question. It seems like they have a website that isn't monitored for sales. I've been waiting 3 weeks - no shipment, no communication
We apologize for the lack of customer service during that crucial time of the pandemic. Many businesses were overwhelmed with the mass orders that flooded e-commerce at that time. I understand that is no excuse for the lack of communication it is the only one I can give. May I ask, what the end result was? Our company still does a lot the old fashion way, unfortunately that really worked against us during that time. I hope that your issue in the end was resolved. We have since upgraded a few areas that have helped improver the consumer's experience and continue to identify areas that need improvement and making the necessary changes to improve.
