I placed an order on 4/16 and have received zero product. They don't respond to my emails either. I've no idea if they are still in business or if one day my order will just show up? Thankfully, I used PayPal, so they haven't got my money... yet.

Since 1948 Jaffe Bros, Inc. (A.K.A. Jaffe Bros Natural Foods) has been distributing Organic Foods including but not limited to Organic Dried Fruits and Organic Nuts maintaining relationships that have spanned generations with farmers and suppliers like our founders Sid and Allen Jaffe who were naturalists and way ahead of their time. They migrated from New York to Southern California 73 years ago and spearheaded an entire movement when they began a mail-order organic food distribution business that started in their one-room garage in Lakeside, CA, later purchasing a property in Valley Center, CA as they expanded. Now Larry Jaffe (son/nephew) handles the day-to-day from our warehouse in Oceanside, CA. We have over 600 organic/all-natural products and offer retail space open to the public Mon-Thurs 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8-2 closed Saturday and Sunday.

We apologize for the lack of customer service during that crucial time of the pandemic. Many businesses were overwhelmed with the mass orders that flooded e-commerce at that time. I understand that is no excuse for the lack of communication it is the only one I can give. May I ask, what the end result was? Our company still does a lot the old fashion way, unfortunately that really worked against us during that time. I hope that your issue in the end was resolved. We have since upgraded a few areas that have helped improver the consumer's experience and continue to identify areas that need improvement and making the necessary changes to improve.
