Had a few issues with the animated slides I created. They didn't show on Firefox browser. Contacted Alex at Customer Support and he patiently guided me through the process until all issues/bugs are resolved. Even after I cancelled my subscription later on, Alex still offers his expertise when I ran into some technical issues. Promptly too. Very satisfied with their products as well as their customer service.
