The painters known as Aus Bee Tong don't speak a lot of English, but they are pretty handy with a paint brush! While they get on with the job of painting, Andrew, another member of the team is careful to ask questions, explain procedures and to ensure that the painters understand exactly what you want. As a small business owner I was hoping Oneflare could help however they do very little. Authentic customers are few amongst the many that post jobs. There is so little information available that's it's impossible to grasp the customers needs let alone provide an rough quote. So you are required to pay a fee in credits between $10-20 (which is on top of $430 every 3 months just to use the service) to open up communication to the customer only to not get a response from the majority of them. When queried about the lack of detail, I was told by the sales member * that more customer information would be available once I upgrade my plan. This was a lie and I was mislead. I asked for a refund on that basis. This was denied. That's false advertising and I'm raising this with the office of Fair Trade.

They don't help when an incident happens, our property was damaged severally. Don't be fooled by their website saying a business is verified or insured it means nothing! This is just a way they advertise and look professional but when push comes to shove means NOTHING. They listen to you and they contact the other party when you complain but that's it. They advise you they can't do anything more than that and basically end it politely with a bad luck.

Be aware, the salespeople lying to you get you on a subscription, and you can cancel anytime. You are not. You would not able to cancel anything unless you give a 14 days note, which isn't easy to do as well, they not calling you back or answering emails.
Not happy at all, I didn't use any lead, just wasted my money.

Great customer service and workmanship from Michael Wollner. A leaking shower, he fixed more than quoted and stuck to his original quote. Made sure everything was in top working order, taking pride in his work. I would highly recommend him for North East, SA. Work. Thanks Michael. I will be back for any other plumbing work needed.
Matthew's team painted our 90+ y. O. weatherboard in Brunswick. They were thoughtful, considerate and prompt in attendance and the price was very reasonable. The few items that needed to be re-visited were attended to promptly and cheerfully, even though they had been fully paid. We would not hesitate to engage Matthew and his team again.
Charlie and his men were fantastic at cleaning our windows through our whole house. They were very professional and Charlie was happy to go beyond his cleaning. Would highly recommend Charlie

I made the unfortunate mistake of contracting someone through OneFlare, following an onsite inspection of the property (fence job). Despite a deposit being paid within 24 hours of receipt the work was very slow and sloppy. Despite the onsite inspection an additional request for $660 dollars was made and again, within 24 hours I paid this. This claim was for stump grinding. This never happened. I requested reimbursement for the money paid for the stump grinder (at least), given it was not used at my property. This has not occurred. Despite efforts made by Support at OneFlare communication has halted. This has been an appalling experience that has caused me a lot of emotional stress and financial cost.

The Tree Mechanic removed 5 Cocos palms and one cotton palm. Quoted a reasonable price. Had good communication. Were careful not to damage any of the retic, surrounding plants and the neighbours plants. Cleaned up after the job, cut and stacked on the verge as required by Joondalup City Council.
