Food is more important than a kids' safety

One of the incidents I saw live was a few of the staff members were just sitting there gossiping and enjoying food when one of the kids fell and injured his knee. Their gossip over food was so important that they didn't even notice until other kids shouted for help. Then too, their reactions were slow!

There is need for prompt customer support

Called them about their service as I wanted to take my daughter here. I was promised a breakdown which I have been waiting for. I hope my daughter will be a bit patient as we wait on them.
