During my recent customer service interaction with a representative named Kenny, I encountered a concerning approach to customer retention. Instead of exploring solutions or addressing my potential concerns, the representative appeared more focused on processing my subscription cancellation.
Key Observations:
The support representative demonstrated minimal effort to retain my subscription
No proactive troubleshooting or alternative service options were presented
The interaction suggested a systemic disconnect in customer engagement strategies
Potential Implications:
Lack of personalized customer support
Missed opportunity for service recovery
Potential negative impact on brand loyalty
Recommendation:
NVIDIA may benefit from reviewing its customer service protocols to ensure representatives prioritize customer retention and problem-solving over expedient ticket closure.
Yes, they were much better in past I can clearly say that for anyone who is really in doubt for many cases. How else do you plan to go on with such strategy, NVIDIA? Maybe it's time to change something, what do you say absolutely?
Unarguably, they are mastodon on the market of the production of graphical processor, and I personally have awesome 3060 Ti from them. Nevertheless, they have recently announced a new series of graphical processors which are of really poor performance. Yeah the price will be about $150, but still there's no desire to buy this stripped-down 3050 even if you don't have a powerful graphical card.
I love this graphics card it's overall great performance and capabal of 4k gaming with very hight fps. Only down side it's overpriced. AMD has similar graphics card half of the price and only 10% slower.
Msi to be exact. It is awesome. Nvidea has always done right by everybody I know. Always getting good smooth and great looking pictures on every game. I hope this video card and cpu live a LONG time.
The most powerful GPU on the planet. Bought this GTX recently and replace my old Geforce. I tested my new game and boom. Graphic videos run smoothly. This is freaking amazing.
I own an nVidia GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 video card. I bought it last year, it does a decent job. I am planning on buying a GTX 1050 TI 4GB soon, but for now my GPU is handling everything. I don't play very demanding games, so I okay with it. My first laptop from 2010 had an integrated graphics (express chipset), so it was very, very slow. But my desktop PC right now is so much better, it has a lot of RAM, solid GPU and a decent i5 processor. So I am pretty good with it. I only plan to replace the GPU and the power supply.
I am very satisfied with their video cards for photography applications and games. I see no reason to use anyone else.
Whatever they used to be, they are crap now. Shoddy craftsmanship. Low quality materials. Offensive and condescending customer service.
An excellent solution for all needs. For me personally the company has given security and comfort in use
