It took a while to get to me but boy when it did it was great. The packing was very professional and the skid it sat on was in great shape. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the product and as soon as I go it, I went to work.
I tried to place the order three times with paypal and it failed. Then I placed the order with my credit card-no problem. Please do not give my name/address to others. Send NO postal mail(sales,flyerts etc)
I ordered an 18" extension for my Dura Vent wood stove flue and a Vacu Stack wind cap for the top. My stove was puffing periodically when reloading - regardless with all the various techniques that I tried from looking at the forums etc...I bit the bullet and tried adding extra length to the flue and a wind cap and it now works quite well. I have to make a mistake when reloading my Cat wood stove in order for it to puff smoke into the house. Northline's customer service answered my questions and gave me confidence that I was making the right purchases. I was frustrated that it was the stoves fault and it wasn't. Just needed some extra draw through extra flue length and a better cap on top, designed for wind. It now draws quite well even with the high winds that we get here.
I ordered a vacu stack cap and an 18" dura vent double walled stove pipe to help solve my wood stove puffing issue. They arrived quickly after I ordered online. I had called them to ask for advice and they helped me out with this decision. I installed the pieces easily and this has resolved my issue with puffing out of the stove. Thank you Northline Express!
Our "lifetime" original grate made of wrought iron was breaking piece by piece. Our large kitchen fireplace is burning every day in our big farmhouse. I was so disappointed with the quality of the wrought iron one we had purchased only 5 years before. Placed the order for this new one. It was delivered in less than 5 days and we love it.

I took a photo & measurements of the old wood stove guard I had. I took it to the local Fireplace store in Plymouth. The owner helped me find this guard which is even better than the original one I bought years ago. Quality & price are awesome! Thank you.
What you see is what you get. The insert and fireback I purchased looked good on their website, and when I received it. I had an item to return and their customer service took my call quickly and emailed me a prepaid USPS shipping lable in a few minutes. I will shop here again.

We were in desperate need of a new fireplace grate. Ours was 26 years old and way overdue to be replaced. I searched several times online and found one on your site that was not only quality, but fairly priced. Some companies charge entirely too much for something to just burn on. It better cook me a steak as well! :)
I needed a custom screen for a very large fireplace opening. This was the most reasonably priced and they could accommodate my specifications. It was perfect and much higher quality than I expected. They called to confirm my measurements. I love it!

I bought the 4 tube one, not realizing the measurement I took was for the back of the fireplace & not the front. It took them forever to deal with my return (I returned it in 3 days) but it still took them over 2 weeks. And, when I ordered the 4 tube, at that time the 6 tube was cheaper! Of course when I then got the 6 tube, it was much more expensive.

Northline Express is based out of New Stanton, Pennsylvania, along with its parent company Online Stores Inc. Northline Express primarily operates out of a warehouse in Youngwood, Pennsylvania and Sparks, Nevada for the shipping and manufacturing of its products. The latter was added to aid and assist in this process to better serve its customers on west coast. Northline Express has two of the very own brands of products with WoodEze, a line that consists of a variety of firepits, firewood racks, camping supplies and heaters and with FiveOaks, a line dedicated to outdoor patio furniture.
Northline Express has a dedicated YouTube channel, NorthlineExpress which has over 17k subscribers. The channel focuses on product reviews, demonstrations, installation and general product information.
The Northline Express site has an exclusive chimney and stove pipe planning guide, named Chimney Wizard which helps customers find and discover what kind of product is best suited for their custom chimney and stove pipe installation needs.
