I have been trying to get a refunder returned good for quite some time. The company has confirmed that the good have been returned in good condition and that they will process the refund. No sign of the refund in my account and the company have just stopped responding to my emails.
I think this is a business that is either a scam or in financial trouble. I would not recommend using them.
Update: Since I posted this review Northbound have sprung into action and responded to my emails and sent the refund that they promised. It is a shame that I have to resort to negative reviews to get their attention.
Sadly paid over 300 for three pairs of pants and ordered based on their size chart. I didn't think the return policy for such expensive items would be such crap. I could not even get my calf through the pants. The pants must have been sized for Asia, who knows. Now I have to pay the return shipping from the US to CA. There was no way I was going to try to order other pairs and risk them not fitting. Not transparent ordering if outside CA.

I ordered one and got it ok. I liked it so I ordered a second one. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received it. They seem to have regular delivery issues based on other feedback as well

This latest order was my third pair of pants, I love them that much. And customer service is great, after I ordered, I realized I was duplicating the colour of my previous order, quickly emailed a request to change the colour, response was positive and quick. And delivery was speedy as well.

The outdoors/ snow pants I ordered were a good quality, but I ordered too small. They were delivered from NJ but had to be returned to Canada. That was $23 (US dollars) plus $5 restock free. Was going to exchange (free shipping delivery) but wouldn't risk needing to return if fit wasn't right.
Buyer beware: if you take the plunge with this company you're effectively in your own. From their customer support - Please note that we have a 60 days policy for all our products. If you want to return the item back to us for a refund or an exchange you have to send it within that timeframe. Also, we only accept returns that are unused and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Return cost is on you, expect no warranty or support.

I bought the lined Northbound pants for my husband in black and green. They look great on him (just remember to go down one size and be mindful of the length). He just rotated between the two all winter, even though he has Eddie Bauer lined pants. Thanks Northbound for keeping us warm during this long hard winter!
