TERRIBLE service

Had to return a good pair of shoes as they were too small. I wasn't allowed an exchange so had to buy another pair. Currently still waiting for a refund after 6 BLOODY MONTHS! They were more than happy to receive the first pair back but didn't even attempt to help me with the refund as many trys.
This is totally unacceptable and I will keep emailing until its resolved.
