Tried three times to get them to do the job agreed to. They were late and didn't do the work. Whole house clean was 'done' in about 1/2 hour, because we were unable to stay to supervise. I have photos that show the mess they left behind - carpets and floors not cleaned or vacuumed at all. Kitchen appliances all left dirty - quick wipe of the bathrooms and partial of the oven was about it. Called and Maritza Uribe (business owner) was kind enough on the phone and offering some lame excuses about why they didn't arrive at 3PM, and instead after 6PM, and promised to come back the following Monday. We had already paid her $395 (site unseen, our bad). We provided a detailed list of what had been done and what was still needed. So Monday comes and goes, and no one showed up at all. No calls, no nothing. The tenants notified me Tuesday evening and I called Maritza Wednesday morning and told her I wanted a refund. She said no refunds but she would send two people out this afternoon to finish the work, "2 people for 2 hours". I said OK. The workers showed up and spent 45 minutes. They did some cleaning and left, but the woodwork and wall areas we needed done, were not finished. I am done, and I hope others don't have the same problem. I have to wonder why Maritza has set up 7 different Google business sites in the Portland Area. I have to say, I don't trust the reviews that are glowing - why did we have such a bad experience, if everyone else is happy. It's a mystery to me. But you have been warned anyway.

Great move out cleaning experience. I live in a very old house, which tends to have bugs, dust, spider webs, and misc. Gross things pile up quickly. I hadn't been living there for a few months so it was definitely not in the best shape. I was so impressed to come by after the cleaning to see a barely recognized them. I honestly don't think it was that clean when we moved it. I am very confident I will get the full deposit back with their cleaning services.
All staff were responsive, timely, respectful, and did a great job cleaning my very carpet. They even mopped their way out the front door to insure they hadn't left water spots behind.
