Horrible company
September 15, 2023

Used to be a great place to shop. But since it was sold and now under new ownership for a few years it has tanked. Customer service is awful, shipping is slow, and they treat their customers terribly, clearly not caring about them at all.

Don't buy
August 4, 2021

Horrible company been waiting 2 weeks after buying still no items then finally after 4 emails to the company finally get a messaged saying I got them ship best part is I'm only getting a wet bag and 1 diaper after this wait I order about 6 diapers got a refunding saying they didn't have them instock don't waste time with this company. Buy somewhere else.

I was sent a defective diaper only to be told I had to pay for the shipping costs to have the diaper sent back. I also requested the diaper to be refunded to my card and they declined the offer even though their website clearly says that they accept new returns and will give a refund to your card if you wanted to place another order ahead. I placed another order, but they won't give refund (only store credit). After spending several emails trying to figure out what would be best. I decided not to deal with them again. I don't recommend them. They send defective products and do not honor their policies. Stay away!

They took 12 business days just to notify me that two things I ordered were out of stock. That's 17 days later if you include weekends. They SAY processing should take 1-3 business days.

Another time they were out of stock of something I had already ordered as well. (So, two out of the three orders I've made they've been out of stock of things they supposedly had at the time of my order)

They have a little disclaimer that says that they delete out any reviews that have any "defects" with their Nicki's brand stuff. So, even though they won't always give you a full refund, they'll still delete your review.

The positives, I suppose, are that they carry a good variety of things. If they didn't have issues with not actually having some of the things you are buying, not filtering out reviews for defects, customer service, etc... they could have a really great company/website.

Web-site steals money!
February 6, 2016

During checkout pushed pay button and paid twice for one order, and finally web-site shows error and order wasn't proceed as completed. Card balance shows double payment. No response from the admin for 12 hours. Maybe web-site bug, but be carefull guys!

Poor customer service

They have a very slow customer service, almost as if they don't want to help customers out after they messed up your order! Very disappointing, not ordering from here again!

I've bought a lot of organic cotton and hemp cloth diapers here. I like their brand but also some of the others they sell. Nice one-stop shop for diapering. Love the free gifts when you spend $100!
