I ordered one music box on February 25 of 2020. They advertise that shipping takes 1-3 weeks. I reached out to them multiple times the following weeks asking about my product and when I could expect it. For 2.5 months they responded with no real answers besides "waiting on the shipment of the product, you will receive your order, your order is our top priority." After over 3 months on May 26, I receive an email out of no where telling me my order has been cancelled because they didn't have enough stock to fulfill it. Why was I able to order it if it didn't exist and why couldn't you have told me that months ago instead of consistently feeding me lies? The company is an absolute joke

Do not waste your time! I've contacted mostly since since my order placed on 4. 01. 2020 and NOTHING. Escalation promises that never were fulfilled, a phone number thats always busy or unsusseful when trying to get someone on the line.
Email chains of "we're doing everything we can as a small business. Unfortunately our warehouse..." blah blah BS! 6 mo ths of NOTHING for something that was meant to be a small gift surprise for my sister.

My daughter placed an order in early April 2020 and still has not received the product. After several attempts to contact them she received an email on 9/18 stating that her "package was lost in the mail". They are sorry and will reship this order and "I will see that the processing is prioritized." HA. Over 6 weeks later and still nothing. Don't waste your money. Apparently this company makes money by charging you for product that is never delivered!

I ordered some music boxes and a necklace. It has been two weeks and they still haven't even shipped them, even though the only option is 'priority shipping'. I contacted them and was told it takes 1 to 3 weeks to ship and got an apology for their wording of 'priority' for shipping because it's not the same as USPS, they just mean your order is a priority. They made it a priority to take the money from my account the same day I ordered though.

On reading previous reviews, I was very sceptical about my purchase but since i ordered the tie on 26th Dec, I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived today.
The tie, cufflinks and tie pin arrived in a very 'well packaged and presented" box.
The tie is a slim tie (excellent) and the quality is great, 10/10 on all counts.
I will definitely purchase again.

So I'm sitting here writing this review for Nicheboutiques and on the right of my screen I see two 1 star reviews for basically the same issue I had. The length of time for delivery was far from what they advertise. More then a month wait! I realize the covid-19 pandemic was in progress at the time but you know, change your ads so people know what to expect. But hey, Nicheboutiques finally shipped and it finally arrived. Good! Yay! Finally! Late but better then not at all. So we opened the packages and guess what? One necklace was put together incorrectly. Two flowers halves that come together to form a single flower and one is attached backwards. Our son spent the better part of an hour fixing it. We had ordered three necklaces and all three were a tangled mess in the bag so as our son worked on untangling and reversing the backwards flower part, my wife and I worked to untangle the mess we pulled from the bag. This company clearly isn't concerned about delivering quality.

I would give this zero stars if I could!
I haven't received my order since March 31st, 2020. Despite what seemed like lovely customer service. I have been told over and over that my package would be shipped soon, that highest level of management would take care of it. But to no avail, I have gotten zero updates and no package. I have now asked for a refund that I doubt I will be getting. Glad I only spent 10$ on this terrible site.

Also, I cant even find this online shop anymore and their email has changed to@/seasonaltreasure.com - which is proof that this is a scamming shop enough.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
